Who we are

(“we”, “us”) runs an online marketplace for groceries and related products. Products on the site are sold by us or by independent sellers (“sellers”) who list products on our platform.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or has repeated unpaid or refused orders.

Orders & prices

• Showing a product on the site is an invitation to order, not a promise to sell. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed when placed. Online orders are confirmed once your payment succeeds.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery and cash-on-delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• We take care that prices and descriptions are right, but mistakes happen. If an item is wrongly priced or unavailable we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
• Stock is limited. We reserve stock for you when you place an order. An online order that is not paid within about 30 minutes is cancelled and the stock released.
• Coupons can be used as their terms say, may be limited to certain products or sellers, and can be withdrawn or refused where misuse is suspected.

Payments

You can pay online or by cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and its banking partners; we do not see or store them. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay’s terms. If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, it is refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. You can return eligible items within days of delivery.

Products & food safety

• Images are illustrative. Packaging, weight and appearance of natural products can vary slightly. Prices for products sold by weight are for the unit shown.
• Check the label for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and the best-before or expiry date. Product information comes from the seller and packaging. If you have an allergy, please read the pack before use.
• Fresh and perishable products should be stored as soon as they arrive and used within their shelf life.

Sellers on our marketplace

Independent sellers list products and set their own prices and stock, within our rules. We take payment on their behalf, handle the order and pay the seller after deducting a commission. For your order, the contract of sale is for the products you buy, and we remain your contact for support, returns and refunds. Sellers receive the details they need to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address and phone number. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: do not try to break into accounts or systems, scrape or copy the site in bulk, place false or abusive orders, use someone else’s payment method without permission, or upload anything unlawful, harmful or misleading. We may block access or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Reviews & content

You may post reviews of products you have bought. Reviews should be honest and based on your own experience. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful, fake or off-topic. The site, logo, text, images and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” basis and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about an order, a seller or the site, please write to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
