This policy applies to (), and covers customers, visitors and people who apply to sell on our marketplace. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

How we use it
- To create your account, take and deliver your orders, process payments, refunds and returns, and give support.
- To send messages about your orders and account, such as confirmations, shipping updates, return and refund updates, and replies to your enquiries. These are service messages, not marketing.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the site secure, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- To improve the site, such as understanding which products and pages are used.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Sellers fulfilling your order receive your name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered, so they can pack and dispatch. Sellers must use this only to fulfil your order.
- Couriers and delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number to deliver.
- Razorpay processes online payments and refunds, under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers that help us run the site, such as web hosting and email delivery, only for that purpose.
- Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Reviews you post appear on the product page with a shortened form of your name.
Payments
When you choose to pay online you are taken to Razorpay’s secure checkout. Card, UPI and bank details are entered there and never pass through our servers. For cash-on-delivery refunds we may ask you for a UPI ID or bank account so we can pay you; we use it only to make that refund.
Cookies & browser storage
When you sign in, we keep a sign-in token in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in; it is removed when you log out. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. Order, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and consumer laws require, even if you close your account. Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records, after which they are deleted. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: passwords are hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it (you can edit most details yourself under My account → Settings and Addresses);
- delete your account and personal data, other than records we must keep by law; and
- stop using your data where you withdraw consent, though we may then be unable to provide some services.
To make a request, email us at the address below from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to our Grievance Officer, , and, if still unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site.
